MBS started in the back of a pickup truck as a small construction business in 1997 and has grown to become one of the most respected names in the commercial construction industry within the Hampton Roads area. Determined to make his mark in the construction profession, Mr. Rivera focused on building relationships one project at a time. Over time, MBS was recognized as a company that could not only provide quality construction services at competitive pricing, but also be counted on to complete projects on time and on budget.

Over the next 10 years, Mr. Rivera grew the company to include Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and in-house construction personnel. Mr. Rivera recognized that by having in-house construction crews, he could better control quality, scheduling, and costs.

MBS has grown consistently in number of employees, sales volume, and reputation. Over the years, MBS has accumulated a team of experienced personnel that are dedicated to their work and embrace the MBS philosophy. Many of the employees have been with MBS for over 10 years.

MBS employs professionals who service all areas of commercial renovation construction and maintenance needs.
